Orders received by 11am are dispatched the same day. Express shipping can arrive next business day via the Express Post network.

My Air Conditioner unit is very old. Will it work with your remote?▶
Yes! It works with units 30+ years old. If the remote is not compatible, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund.
I can’t make my A/C beep. The remote doesn’t pair with my unit. ▶
Ensure the remote turns on. Follow Method A (hold relevant button) or Method B (hold SET to auto scan codes).

Universal Air Conditioner Remote (No Setup / Premium Model)
Will it work with my model? ▶
Yes, it is guaranteed to work with both new and older air conditioners.
My remote is no longer working, what should I do? ▶
Check the batteries are correctly installed. Then reprogram the remote by holding SET and entering the correct code using TEMP+ / TEMP-.
I can’t seem to get it to reconnect. ▶
Try resetting the remote (SET + WIND) and scan codes again following the instruction manual.
Does this remote have a back-light? ▶
No, currently there is no backlight on our remotes.
My Air Conditioner is paired but won't switch off. ▶
Most of our remotes come with a range of codes that are applicable. In this case it is likely that you have paired your unit to a code that does not have full functionality. Make a note of the code that your unit is currently paired to. It can be found on the bottom right-hand corner of the display next to the time. Use Method C: Brand Code (on the instructions) to scroll through until you find a code that has all the functionality available. Make sure you don’t select the code that your unit was originally paired with.
Television Remote
My newly bought TV remote won’t work. What should I do? ▶
Ensure the red light flashes when pressing any of the buttons. Check that the batteries are correctly installed. If your remote is still not working please contact us for help.

Will this work with the iq4 set top box? ▶
Yes, our Foxtel PayTV remote is fully compatible with Foxtel iq4 set-top boxes.

Yes, there is no setup required. This remote works just like the original remote and comes with batteries included.

Yes, it works with the iq3 set top box via infrared.

How do I connect the remote to my TV? ▶
Turn the TV on, press AV, hold SELECT + RED until the light flashes twice, enter TV code, press Power to test.
How do I switch between TV and Foxtel? ▶
