Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Thomastown, Victoria.

Orders placed before 11:00 am AEST on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays) are dispatched the same day from our Victorian warehouse. Orders placed after 11:00 am, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. To check whether your postcode qualifies for next business day delivery, please visit the Australia Post Delivery Estimate tool at auspost.com.au.

Metro vs. Regional & Remote Areas

Next business day delivery via Express Shipping applies to most metropolitan postcodes in Australian capital cities. Deliveries to regional towns, rural postcodes, and remote or very remote areas typically take longer. We do not control Australia Post delivery schedules and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for regional or remote locations.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you on the day your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au/track.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at contact@universalremotecontrols.com.au within 14 days of your dispatch notification. We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf. Where Australia Post confirms a parcel is lost, we will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered (for example, due to an incorrect address provided at checkout) and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If you do not wish to proceed with redelivery, we will issue a refund for the product price only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not ship internationally. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse at:
